PLEASE TAKE NOTE

STARTING FROM THE THIRD AUTUMN GRADUATION SESSION (12-22 NOVEMBER 2024), A NEW TITLE ACHIEVEMENT PROCESS WILL BE IN FORCE

Starting from the 3rd Autumn graduation session (November 2024), the process to submit the online graduation application will change.

The new process is made up of three steps, each one preliminary to the following one.
Please read carefully the document annexed hereto for detailed information on the new process.

STEP 1: SUBMIT THE THESIS TITLE: this step presupposes the Candidate has agreed upon a subject and a thesis title with his/her thesis Tutor (i.e. Relatore/Relatrice), during the Professor’s meeting hours or online, in compliance with the rules established by the Degree program/Department.

• Log onto the MyUniTo platform
• From the “Iscrizioni” > Dati anagrafici (i.e. Registration > Personal Data) menu: verify your personal data (PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: this information will be printed on the degree certificate) and the expiration date of the uploaded ID document
• From the “Prova finale” > “Conseguimento titolo” (i.e. Final Exam > Title Achievement) menu: fill in the gaps in the section “Presenta il titolo” (i.e. Submit Title), by specifying the type and title of the thesis, the name of the first thesis Tutor, his/her role (PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: if you don’t select the right role, the Professor won’t receive any notification) and the other information required. This procedure must be concluded within the deadlines established by the Degree program/Department (and provided in the section “Laurearsi – Tesi e laurea – Calendario esami di laurea – Nuovo processo – Calendario")
• Once submitted the title, the Tutor receives a notification of the request and only after his/her approval the Candidate can access the following step (Step 2).

STEP 2: FILL IN THE ALMALAUREA QUESTIONNAIRE AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

• Log onto the MyUnito platform
• From the “Prova finale” > Registrazione AlmaLaurea (i.e. Final Exam > AlmaLaurea Registration) menu: register on the AlmaLaurea platform and fill in the questionnaire
• From the “Prova finale” > “Conseguimento titolo” (i.e. Final Exam > Title Achievement) menu: submit the graduation application within the deadlines established by the Degree program/Department, pay the graduation fee and upload possible documentation

STEP 3: UPLOAD THE THESIS

• Log onto the MyUniTo platform
• From the “Prova finale” > “Conseguimento titolo” (i.e. Final Exam > Title Achievement) menu: upload the thesis within the deadlines established by the Degree program/Department (available in the section “Laurearsi – Tesi e laurea – Calendario esami di laurea”)

The Tutor will approve or reject the uploaded thesis: in case of rejection, the thesis must be modified according to the Tutor’s instructions and reloaded
